Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All plans are commitment-free — you can cancel whenever you want. No contract, no minimum term.
What if Nova isn’t for me?
You’re covered by the money-back guarantee: within 14 days of activation, full refund of your first month, no questions asked. It applies to all plans, Founding Program included.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
Each extra minute is billed at $0.20/min, regardless of your plan. You receive a notice when you approach the limit.
Can I change plans along the way?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time; the difference is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What does the $900 installation cover?
It’s the initial setup: your dedicated number, programming Nova for your menu/services, testing and go-live. It’s waived at launch — you only pay the monthly subscription.
