Do I need technical expertise to become a partner?
No. Level A (Referral) requires no technical skills: you make the introduction and Nelvox handles the demo, sale and implementation. Levels B and C require certification, but training is included.
How does billing work?
Nelvox bills the client directly. Your share (20, 35 or 50%) is paid to you monthly, as long as the client stays active. No invoicing on your end.
Is there a minimum number of referrals?
No. There is no quota. You can refer one client per year or ten per month — the commission applies regardless.
Can I use multiple partnership levels?
Yes. For example, you can be Level C for a client you manage completely and Level A for a casual referral.
What happens if a client cancels?
If the client cancels their subscription, payments stop. There is no clawback of past commissions — what is paid stays paid.
Is the program available across Canada?
Yes. The program is open to all partners in Canada. The product is especially strong in bilingual markets (New Brunswick, Ontario, Québec), but works everywhere.
