Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nelvox.ca or using the services of Nelvox Solutions Intelligentes (hereinafter “Nelvox”), you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Nelvox provides:

  • Nova — an AI-powered phone receptionist, bilingual French/English.
  • RestoVox — an online ordering system for restaurants.
  • Automation — automated workflows for SMBs.
  • Dashboard (app.nelvox.ca) — a management platform for calls, orders, and statistics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Money-back guarantee: within 14 days of your account activation (service go-live), you may request a full refund of your first month's subscription, no justification required. This guarantee applies to all plans, including the Founding Program.
  • Beyond this guarantee, no refunds are offered for partially used periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access other users' data.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the services.
  • Reproduce, resell, or distribute the services without authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and designs of Nelvox are the property of Nelvox Solutions Intelligentes. Data you enter remains your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nelvox provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you over the past 12 months.

8. Termination

Nelvox reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms, with reasonable notice except in emergencies.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Moncton, New Brunswick.
